Your First AI Employee Workshop

McPherson AI Advisory, a business of Shevelle McPherson LLC

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Overview

These Terms govern your use of www.thelegalboss.ai and your registration for and attendance at Your First AI Employee Workshop (the "Workshop"), offered by McPherson AI Advisory, a business of Shevelle McPherson LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering, purchasing, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Workshop Is

The Workshop is a 90-minute live, online educational session on Zoom in which attendees build a first AI email agent for their own business. It is a single event, not a membership or subscription. Content, tools, and features may change as AI changes. We may change the date, time, or format; if we reschedule and you cannot attend, you may transfer to the new date or request a refund.

2. Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

All content is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and registering for or attending the Workshop does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Shevelle McPherson, Esq. or McPherson AI Advisory. You are solely responsible for how you use AI tools in your business or practice, including compliance with any laws or professional rules that apply to you (for attorneys and other licensed professionals, rules on confidentiality, competence, supervision, and disclosure), and for reviewing all AI output before relying on it or sending it.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any particular result, including time saved, revenue, efficiency, or business outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results. Your results depend on your effort, business, and circumstances.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your Zoom link and any access details private. Do not share them with non-registrants.

5. Price and Payment

The Workshop price is $47, a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically. Any membership or other program we offer at or after the Workshop is a separate purchase with its own terms, and you are under no obligation to buy it.

6. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund any time before the Workshop begins. Because the Workshop is a live, time-sensitive digital event, all sales are final once it begins, and purchases made after it begins are non-refundable. Send refund requests to info@shevellemcpherson.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Conduct

Be professional and respectful. Do not disrupt the session, harass others, post unlawful content, spam, or share confidential, privileged, or client-identifying information. Do not solicit other attendees without their consent. We may remove anyone who violates these Terms without refund.

8. Intellectual Property, Recording, and Feedback

All Workshop content, including slides, prompts, instructions, templates, scripts, recordings, and materials, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share it, or use it to build a competing training product. You may not record, screenshot for distribution, or rebroadcast the live session. The AI email agent you build for your own business is yours to use, subject to these Terms and the terms of any third-party tools. You grant us a license to use any feedback or testimonials you give us to operate and promote the Workshop, and recordings of the session may include your participation.

9. Third-Party Tools

The Workshop involves third-party AI and software tools and your own accounts with them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, or terms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for any subscriptions or fees they charge.

10. Disclaimers

The site and the Workshop are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate, and we do not warrant that content will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any agent you build will work as intended in your setup.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Workshop.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Workshop, the AI tools or agents you build or use, your business or practice, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Workshop will be resolved by binding arbitration in New Jersey, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules then in effect, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept it.
